Makeup Monday!

So I have decided to institute a weekly post entitled Makeup Monday. I am a total makeup slut. I love it and I can't get enough of it, especially all things by M.A.C. (except for their mascara which I will address at a later date). Every Monday I will talk about my makeup obsession, review products, and share what's on my wish list. For my first Makeup Monday I want to share with you my experience from two sundays ago. My sister Savannah and I booked appointments at M.A.C. for this special event they were having for their new "Venomous Villains" collection. The collection was featuring all the evil queens from several different Disney movies so we were pretty ecstatic. All week we were looking forward to our makeovers and then Sunday morning (the day of the makeover) we both had a mini panic because the new collection was completely sold out online! They had maybe three items that weren't sold out so we each ordered a lipstick and an eyeshadow that we liked and weren't sold out yet because we were worried if we waited we might not get anything from the new collection! Savannah called the M.A.C. store before we left and asked them about it and they said they still had everything at the store phew! We didn't care that we each already ordered two things because we were both going with plans to shop anyway. The event was set up in the center of the Mall at Millennia (Its a beautiful mall and if you are ever in Orlando you should definitely stop there.) They had all the makeovers going on and a photo shoot in the middle of that. Savannah and I both opted not to have our pictures taken because we just wanted to buy things when our makeovers were done and also because they were displaying all the photos on a giant screen and neither of was wanted to be on a giant screen. We both had a fantastic time and we both overspent. Also we ate chocolate before we left the mall. I <3 makeup!
