Sometimes its nice to step outside your normal routine. Leave all your troubles at home and drive somewhere else. Its a bittersweet experience because you know deep down you're just going to come home and those troubles will be right where you left them. But for a short while you get to be somewhere else. Be someone else. The beach was beautiful but gloomy and coincidentally matched my mood. I have always liked to know what is coming next and for the first time in my life I do not know what I'm going to do next. For now I will enjoy gloomy night strolls on the beach with this wonderful person I call my best friend. I will enjoy this fleeting youth and the time we have together.
